Terms of service
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aurchemy Advisory.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of https://aurchemy.com, including its content, informational resources, consultation requests, contact forms, and related website services.
By accessing or using this website, visitors agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Nature of Professional Services
Aurchemy Advisory is an independent executive advisory practice specializing in organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, transformation execution, and operational improvement.
Information on this website is provided for general informational and business-development purposes.
Website content does not constitute a binding offer, professional opinion tailored to a particular organization, or guarantee of services.
Aurchemy Advisory does not provide legal, tax, investment, or regulated clinical advice through this website.
3. Establishment of Client Relationships
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, exchanging preliminary information, or receiving a proposal does not establish a professional advisory relationship.
A formal advisory engagement begins only when Aurchemy Advisory and an authorized client representative execute a written services agreement.
The executed agreement shall establish the engagement's scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and other contractual obligations.
Where an executed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the executed agreement governs the applicable professional engagement.
4. Complimentary Executive Consultations
Complimentary introductory consultations are offered at Aurchemy Advisory's discretion and subject to availability.
These consultations are intended to determine organizational needs, evaluate potential engagement suitability, and discuss the possibility of future collaboration.
They do not include comprehensive organizational assessments, proprietary diagnostic reports, formal recommendations, or implementation services unless separately agreed in writing.
Aurchemy Advisory may decline consultation or engagement requests for legitimate business, professional, capacity, or conflict-of-interest reasons, subject to applicable law.
5. Professional Fees and Payment
Advisory fees are determined by the scope, complexity, duration, and requirements of each engagement.
All professional fees, deposits, payment milestones, billing arrangements, and payment deadlines shall be established in a written agreement.
Any payment processed through the website must correspond to an authorized service or contractual obligation.
A website payment does not expand the agreed scope of services or establish an engagement in the absence of the required written agreement.
Applicable late-payment charges, suspension rights, collection costs, and termination procedures must be expressly stated in the executed agreement and comply with applicable law.
6. Proprietary Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, Aurchemy Advisory retains ownership of its pre-existing and independently developed intellectual property, including original:
- Advisory methodologies and frameworks
- Organizational diagnostic instruments
- Assessment models and analytical tools
- Strategic planning resources
- Executive development materials
- Training content and presentation materials
- Original written content and graphics
- Proprietary templates, processes, and research materials
Access to this website or participation in an introductory consultation does not transfer ownership or grant permission to commercially exploit these materials.
Any license to use proprietary materials within a paid engagement must be defined in the applicable written agreement.
Client-owned materials and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Brand Identity and Trademark Rights
The Aurchemy Advisory name, logo, visual identity, original branding, and associated materials may not be used in ways that falsely suggest authorization, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Use of proprietary brand assets requires written permission except where otherwise permitted by law.
8. Confidentiality and Professional Discretion
Aurchemy Advisory values professional discretion and responsible handling of confidential business information.
Confidentiality obligations associated with formal engagements shall be established through written agreements, including any applicable nondisclosure provisions.
Website visitors should not submit confidential patient information, sensitive employee records, protected health information, financial account credentials, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive materials through general contact forms.
9. Independent Professional Judgment
Aurchemy Advisory provides independent analysis, organizational assessments, strategic recommendations, and advisory support.
Clients retain responsibility for their business decisions, operational activities, personnel decisions, regulatory compliance, and implementation of recommendations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aurchemy Advisory does not guarantee particular financial, operational, workforce, or strategic outcomes.
10. Accuracy of Information
Aurchemy Advisory endeavors to maintain accurate and current website content but does not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Content may be revised or discontinued without prior notice.
11. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, and payment processing.
Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Aurchemy Advisory's responsibilities concerning third-party services remain subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurchemy Advisory disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability related to professional advisory engagements shall be addressed separately in the applicable executed services agreement.

The effective date shall reflect the current published version.
Material changes shall be communicated where required by applicable law.
